Alain Ducasse is a Michelin chef who also makes chocolate, and we visited his manufactory at Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse Manufacture à Paris. We could see through glass windows how everything is made. The whole place smelled amazing like the chocolate. He has quite a few boutiques in Paris (and beyond) and chocolate specialty shops sell his products.
