Alain Ducasse is a Michelin chef who also makes chocolate, and we visited his manufactory at Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse Manufacture à Paris. We could see through glass windows how everything is made. The whole place smelled amazing like the chocolate. He has quite a few boutiques in Paris (and beyond) and chocolate specialty shops sell his products.

sehr lecker, ausbalanciert, wenig Höhen und Tiefen, aber trotzdem lecker und hochwertig, Kirsche, angenehmw Säure, Schmelz nicht ganz so weich wie andere ducasse.
