Plaq is a French chocolatier with 2 stores in Paris. They have amazing chocolate and products made with their chocolate like cookies or mousse au chocolates. In my opinion, they are one of the best chocolate makers I have ever tasted. I have not been disappointed from any bar so far. If you buy directly from one of their stores, you can be sure that the chocolate was stored correctly and is fresh. They also let you sample different bars so you can choose your favourite.
