Belyzium was a Berlin-based chocolate brand that initially sourced beans exclusively from Belize but later expanded their origins. They are now called Rosa Canina (rosacanina.eu). Their legendar Tabu chocolate is no longer produced. It was incredibly special, requiring refrigeration to prevent melting due to its unique processing method. You needed to ask at the counter for this chocolate. It was not up for the "normal" sale.
