We got the Batch from 2019. Alain Ducasse is a Michelin chef who also makes chocolate, and we visited his manufactory at Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse Manufacture à Paris. We could see through glass windows how everything is made. The whole place smelled amazing like the chocolate. He has quite a few boutiques in Paris (and beyond) and chocolate specialty shops sell his products.

krass! Sehr lecker! Weich aromatisch, schmilz toll im Mund. Sehr spannendes Geschmacksprofil. Leichte Säure, Erdbeere, Jogurt, fruchtig, toller Schmelz, weich ohne buttrig. Hab noch nie etwas vergleichbares gegessen. Sie scheckt so stark nach Erdbeere. 10!
